I help stores turn better experience into better revenue.
I'm Samuel Omoniyi, an e-commerce growth specialist. My work sits at the intersection of design, customer psychology and data: I find the friction in your customer journey, remove it, and measure what happens to your bottom line.
Most stores don't have a traffic problem. They have a conversion problem, visitors who don't understand the offer, product pages that don't build confidence, checkouts that leak sales. Fixing that is what I do.
Better customer experience → better conversion → better growth.

How I actually think about stores.
Before touching a layout, I want to understand the customer, the offer and where attention is being lost.
I start with the customer, not the theme
Who is arriving, what they're unsure about, and what would make the decision obvious. Design decisions come after that.
I look for the leak, not the trend
Sometimes the fix is a clearer product page. Sometimes it's fewer choices, a better hero, or trust in the right place.
I stay after launch
A store isn't finished when it looks good. Numbers move over weeks and that is when the real optimization starts.
How my work has evolved.
Each stage added a layer, design, then performance, then traffic, then the system that connects them.
- Stage 01
E-commerce Design
Started with storefront design, layout, hierarchy and product presentation.
- Stage 02
Store Optimization
Moved from how stores look to how they perform, page by page.
- Stage 03
SEO & Traffic
Learned to bring qualified visitors, not just visitors, into the funnel.
- Stage 04
Marketing
Connected paid acquisition to the on-site experience it lands on.
- Stage 05
Conversion Strategy
Built the habit of deciding with evidence, behaviour, data, then design.
- Stage 06
Growth Systems
Now the work is a loop: diagnose, improve, measure, repeat.
Four things I keep coming back to.
Not another designer-for-hire.
Strategy Before Design
Every design decision has a reason tied to the customer journey.
Conversion-Focused
The objective isn't just aesthetics. It is about improving how the store sells.
E-commerce Experience
The work is built around real online shopping behavior.
Data + Creativity
Analytics and creative execution working together, not apart.
Long-Term Thinking
Systems built to be measured and continuously optimized.
What I work with.
